All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card statement will be billed by "Legend Sales 856-382-0628" for your privacy.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. It is your right to know the terms and conditions surrounding the use of your personal information on our website. We recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy.
When you place an order, we will ask you for your name, phone number, email address and mailing address. This information is only for the billing and shipping process.
Your personal information is never sold, rented or released to any third party that is not involved in the transaction and delivery process. We do NOT send flyers, promotional offers or newsletters to your mailing address or to your e-mail address.
When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card or debit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption before being sent over the Internet.
SSL encryption is a method by which information transmitted across the Internet is scrambled to the point where it's indecipherable by anyone who should intercept the data before it reaches it's destination.

Shipping

We ship to the USA, Puerto Rico, and US Miltary bases.
3-day and overnight orders are processed and shipped in one business day. Standard ground orders are processed and shipped in one business day however sometimes it can take 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email of your order before it is sent out.
We use plain brown boxes with no reference to the contents, it is discreet for your privacy. The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.

There are three shipping options you may chose from:
Ground shipping will take 3-7 business days;
3 Day shipping will take 3 business days;
Overnight shipping will take 2 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, heath regulations prohibit the return of these products. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All of our products are non returnable unless they have a
manufacturers defect. We will gladly replace any unused defective product with the same product or issue a refund as long as it is sent back to us so we can advise the manufacturer of their defective product. In the event of a defect please email us and include your name, the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong.
We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
If you refuse delivery and/or give an incorrect address and the package is returned undeliverable, you will be credited less the shipping charges. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.
